Army Officers:

(I) Stipend for Cadet Training:

Rs. 8000/- p.m. for the entire duration of training. On successful completion the same is converted to 'Pay' for all purposes.

(II) Pay

(III) Qualification Pay and Grant

Officers of the rank of Lt. Col. and below possessing certain prescribed qualification are entitled to lump sum grant of Rs. 3000, 4500, 7500, or 10,000, based on the qualification held by them.

The Army Aviators (Pilots) serving in Army Aviation Camps are entitled to the qualification Pay, based on the qualification held by them, as under:

(I) Master Aviation Instructor: Rs 250/- p.m

(ii) Senior Aviation Instructor Class I: Rs. 200/- p.m

(iii) Senior Aviation Instructor Class II: Rs 140/- p.m.

(iv) Aviators holding Master Green Card: Rs 200/-p.m

(v) Aviators holding Green Card: Rs. 140/-p.m.

The Army Aviators (Pilots) serving in Army Aviation Corps are entitled to flying allowance as (a) Upto Col, Rs 1200p.m (b) Brig., Rs. 900 p.m
